  • Who: Leading sustainable bank

  • The challenge: Getting a grip on stakeholder input and output

  • Our approach: We set up a centralised plan to structure the various stakeholders of the bank. In addition we organised an annual survey and moderated stakeholder dialogue sessions.

  • The result: The bank regained a firm grip on its stakeholder management. All stakeholders involved felt appreciated and involved and the quality of the strategic discussions had improved notably. This led to a significant update on the bank's strategy development.
